In short

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and to keep this website working. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that help us operate — listed below.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your company name, the service you are interested in, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request, including IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to operate the site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse of the contact form.

How we use it

  • To read and reply to your enquiry, and to continue that conversation.
  • To operate, secure and improve this website.
  • To limit automated abuse of our contact form.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations where they apply.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing email to addresses collected through this site unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers, and only for the purposes above:

  • Our hosting provider — website hosting and infrastructure.
  • SendGrid (Twilio) — delivery of contact-form enquiries to our inbox.

Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We share your information with no one else, except where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and to maintain a record of our business dealings, and then we delete it. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before it is switched on, and any non-essential cookies will require your consent.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and keeping credentials out of our source code. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
