What we do
Capabilities
AI assistants and chat interfaces
Assistants grounded in your own documents and data, so answers come with sources instead of confident guesses.
Document and data extraction
Turning invoices, forms, contracts and email into structured data your systems can use, with a human review step where accuracy matters.
Search that understands meaning
Semantic and hybrid search over your knowledge base, so people find the right answer instead of the right keyword.
Forecasting and predictive models
Demand, churn and risk models built on your historical data, with honest reporting of how accurate they actually are.
Workflow automation
Removing the repetitive steps between your existing systems, with clear rules about what runs automatically and what needs a person.
Model integration and evaluation
Choosing and integrating the right models for the job, then measuring quality continuously rather than trusting a demo.
Our approach
AI that has a job to do
The useful question is not "where can we add AI?" but "which work is costing us time and attention?" Answering that first is why our AI projects tend to survive contact with real users.
We look for the tasks that quietly consume hours: reading documents and retyping the contents, answering the same internal questions, checking records against each other, reconciling data between systems. Those are the places where a well-built AI tool gives people their day back.
Built to be trusted
An AI feature that is occasionally wrong and always confident is worse than no feature at all. So we ground answers in your own content and show where each one came from, keep a person in the loop wherever a mistake would be expensive, and set explicit limits on what a system may do without approval.
Then we measure it. A fixed evaluation set means quality is a number we can watch, and a change to a prompt, a model or a data source can be checked rather than guessed at.
Honest about the limits
Some problems are not AI problems. When a clear rule, a better form, or a fixed process would solve your issue more cheaply and more reliably, we will say so. Our reputation depends far more on the advice we give than on the size of the project we sell.
How the work runs
- 1
Find the right problem
We look for tasks where AI genuinely helps — repetitive, language-heavy or pattern-heavy work — and say so plainly when a simpler solution would serve you better.
- 2
Prove it small
A focused proof of concept on your real data, with agreed success criteria, before anyone commits to a full build.
- 3
Build with guardrails
Grounding in your own sources, limits on what the system may do on its own, and a clear path for a person to step in.
- 4
Measure quality
Evaluation sets and monitoring, so accuracy is a number you can see over time rather than an impression.
- 5
Run and improve
Ongoing tuning as your data, your processes and the underlying models change.
